First Conference of Bozhi Macro Forum in 2017 Concluded

On the afternoon of January 20, 2017, the first monthly conference of Bozhi Macro Forum in 2017 took place at China Development Research Foundation (CDRF). Focusing on China’s mid- and long-term development, Bozhi Macro Forum was aimed at following up on the macroeconomic trends, analyzing short-term economic situations, and thus shedding light on the country’s strategic issues. The January conference was about land issues. Liu Shouying, professor of School of Economics at Renmin University of China, gave a speech titled “land-independent society”. Experts from the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Agriculture, China Land Science Society and Peking University made comments and exchanged views.
