Secretary-General Lu Mai attended the One Step Ahead Series Symposium

On the morning of November 3, 2016, Secretary-General Lu Mai attended the “Technological Innovation: a Driver of Human Capital Transformation” seminar and delivered a speech on Building China’s Talent Reserve.

It is the sixth session of the One Step Ahead Series co-organized by JP Morgan, the Asia Society Hong Kong Center and the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) in Beijing. The political, business and academic leaders at the symposium agreed that the improvement of the education and vocational training system and the demand-based allocation of human resources is a crucial part of the solution to the HR shortage problem in China.
