Lu Mai Meets with State of Green Executive Director Finn Mortensen

On the afternoon of December 6, 2016, CDRF Secretary General Lu Mai met with State of Green Executive Director Finn Mortensen. The two introduced to each other the work and projects of their respective organization. State of Green is a public-private partnership co-founded by the Danish government, the Confederation of Danish Industry, the Danish Energy Association, the Danish Agriculture & Food Council and the Danish Wind Industry Association. H.R.H. Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark is patron of State of Green. State of Green gathers all leading players in the fields of energy, climate, water and environment. There are many similarities between State of Green and CDRF in such aspects as organization of exchanges, preparation of research reports and cooperation with enterprises. The two are expected to strengthen communication and cooperation in the future.

Mr. Mortensen also shared European views on international situations, especially the elections and referendum results in some developed countries, and introduced the role Denmark had played in international affairs. Also present at the event were Hu Ziqiang, Director of CDRF Training and Public Relations Department, Li Fan, the Department’s Project Manager, and Zhang Jin, Deputy Director of CDRF International Relations Department.
