During July 26-27, 2016, a delegation of the CDRF and Guangzhou Municipal Finance Bureau visited Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, to conduct a survey on the progress in the performance-based budgeting program across the province and in Jiaozuo City.

        This survey focused on the latest progress made by Henan Province and Jiaozuo City in promoting performance-based budgeting in the context of the cooperation framework agreement on promoting performance-based budgeting in Guangzhou signed by the CDRF and Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Finance.
