On July 12-13, 2016, a research team of five members led by Lu Mai, secretary-general of the CDRF, visited Guangzhou to conduct a survey on performance-based budgeting and auditing at the municipal and district levels.

        At the meeting, the experts exchanged views on the Daming County Poverty Alleviation through Health Care Program and discussed the survey, and provided valuable advice and suggestions.
