Seminar on "Deepening and Innovating Budget Performance Management" Held by CDRF

On September 28, 2022, a seminar on "Deepening and Innovating Budget Performance Management" hosted by China Development Research Foundation (CDRF) was held in Beijing.

The seminar focused on topics such as "current ailment and bottlenecks in budget performance management", "the practice of local governments in implementing budget performance management", and "policy suggestions for solidly promoting budget performance management to improve quality and efficiency". The meeting was presided over by Yu Jiantuo, Deputy Secretary-General of CDRF, delivered speeches by Fang Jin, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of CDRF, Chen Xiongqiao, Vice Chairman of Guangzhou CPPCC and Director of the Municipal Finance Bureau, and Lu Mai, former Vice Chairman of CDRF, made concluding speeches. Experts from the Preparatory Work Committee of the National People's Congress（NPC）, the Development Research Center of the State Council, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences（CASS）, the Guangzhou Municipal Finance Bureau, the Hebei Provincial Finance Department, the Yunnan Provincial Finance Department, and the Xiamen National Accounting Institute attended the discussion.
