The international development assistance and cooperation system is now at a crossroads, and in the face of the unprecedented changes in the past century, China should play a stronger role in building a unified global development cooperation system to make up for its shortcomings in the field of international development cooperation, and strengthen mutual learning and win-win cooperation in related fields. To this end, the China Development Research Foundation (CDRF) has conducted a study on the theme of "International Development Assistance and Cooperation" and has now completed the general report "International Development Assistance and Cooperation: Beyond the Historical Dilemma" and the thematic report "International Development Assistance and Cooperation in a Changing Landscape" (Part I), which seek to respond to the global governance concept of "sharing and building together" and The report seeks to accelerate the integration of the international development cooperation system at the global level, and provide a scientific policy basis for building a closer community of common destiny together.
