CDRF Conducts Project Investigations in Guizhou

CDRF conducted project investigations in Qixingguan District, Shiqian County and Jianhe County of Guizhou Province from November 22 to 26, 2016.

On November 22 and 23, 2016, CDRF Secretary General Lu Mai led a team to Qixingguan District of Bijie to investigate the progress of the Kindergarten Program in Mountain Villages and the conditions for conducting the child nutrition and care intervention program.

On November 24 and 25, 2016, workers of the Center for Child Development of CDRF, together with representatives from the Preschool Education Office of Tongren Education Bureau and Tongren Preschool Education College, visited four mountain village kindergartens and township kindergartens in Shiqian County of Tongren. They also held a seminar to get to know the development status of mountain village kindergartens and absorb useful ideas for improving the operation and teaching quality of kindergartens.

On November 25 and 26, 2016, CDRF conducted investigations on the implementation of the Kindergarten Program in Mountain Villages in Jianhe County of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture. The team visited six villages in four towns and held a seminar to discuss the next steps for the Program in Jianhe County.
