A Memorandum of Framework Agreement for Strategic Cooperation Signed with Development Research Center of Qinghai

Yang Shimin, the Deputy Secretary-General of Qinghai People’s Government and the Director of Development Research Center of Qinghai along with Xie Bao’en, the Deputy Director of Development Research Center of Qinghai visited China Development Research Foundation and signed a memorandum of understanding for strategic cooperation with the foundation on the morning of May 15. Agreement had been reached on topical research, training, strategic philanthropy, etc.

Director Yang Shimin introduced the latest developments in Qinghai and made suggestions regarding cooperating with the foundation. Secretary-General Lu Mai reviewed the development of the foundation’s child development project based in Qinghai and said the foundation would support the development of Development Research Center of Qinghai and help promote Qinghai’s development.
