Pre-study into "Development of New Agricultural Business Entities with Financial Support" is Conducted in Henan Province

During April 1-4, CDRF went to Zhumadian City, Henan Province, and conducted pre-study into the development of new agricultural business entities with financial support. This pre-investigation was part of the TCC6 sub-task undertaken by the CDRF for policy optimization concerning research into policies on financial support for new agricultural business entities in Henan Province. The research team was led by Assistant Secretary General Yu Jiantuo, and other members included Director of Research Dept 3 Du Jing, and postdoctoral researcher Liu Aimin.

The investigation team went to Xincai County for field investigation, accompanied by Dong Huating, Director of Political Research Office at the Finance Bureau of Zhumadian City. The investigation was performed in varied ways such as symposium, in-depth interview, and field visit. Based on the symposia with different departments of the county government, the investigation team inspected how new agricultural business entities received financial support, including leading industrialized agricultural enterprises, agricultural cooperatives, family farms, and large-scale professional farmers. In this way, it collected abundant first-hand information and data, thereby laying a solid groundwork for formal investigation.

Duan Xihua, Deputy Director of Government Office of Xincai County, and Wu Haibin, Deputy Director of Finance Bureau of Xincai County, and other leaders of Xincai County accompanied the investigation team during its field investigations.
