CDRF and Its Partners Exchange Memorandums of Understanding with the Witness of Leaders of China and Italy

On the morning of March 23 (local time), Chinese President Xi Jinping, who was making a state visit to Italy, and His Excellency Giuseppe Conte, Prime Minister of the Italian Republic, attended the signing and exchange ceremony of cooperation documents between the two countries. With the witness of the leaders of the two countries, Fang Jin, Deputy Secretary General of CDRF, Wang Zhenyao, President of China Global Philanthropy Institute, and Giovanni B. ANDORNINO, head of the TOChina Hub exchanged memorandums of understanding on establishing the China-Italy Philanthropy Forum.

The China-Italy Philanthropy Forum aims to foster dialogue between key players from the philanthropy sector of China and Italy, share best practices in the two countries and different philanthropic fields, train professionals and community leaders, seek cooperation opportunities for common projects in areas of common interests, and promote sustainable human development in China, Italy and the world. The first China-Italy Philanthropy Forum will be held on the fiftieth anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Italy in 2020.
