From July 7 to 13, 2019, the CDRF cooperated with Daimler Greater China Ltd. (DGRC) to organize nine leaders and teachers from pilot schools of "For the Future: Secondary Vocational Education Program" in Guizhou, Guangdong, and Sichuan to participate in a one-week vocational education exchange activity in Stuttgart and Sindelfingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The group visited the training center of the Mercedes-Benz plant in Sindelfingen, vocational schools cooperating with Daimler, Mercedes-Benz dealers, the Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK), and Robert Bosch GmbH to learn about the dual system vocational education in Germany.

Since the launch of "For the Future: Secondary Vocational Education Program" in 2016, the CDRF has focused on the professional skills, cultural knowledge, and psychological development of students. This program is designated to empower students with a lifelong development ability, and cultivate positive and healthy talent with new skills through interventions. This program has directly benefited 150,000 secondary vocational students. Next, the CDRF will continue to integrate quality resources of its partners including DGRC to build a bridge for campus-enterprise cooperation, introduce corporate experts to teach principals and teachers, and further promote the pilot model for campus-enterprise cooperation.
