Cheng Huiqiang Visits United Foundation for China’s Health
On August 29, 2023, Cheng Huiqiang, Deputy Secretary General of the China
Development Research Foundation (CDRF), led a team of researchers to visit the
United Foundation for China’s Health, where they met with Chair of Board Xiong
Changlan and Deputy Chair of Board Roberta Lipson.
United Foundation for China’s Health is a partner of CDRF's Family
Development Fund, and the two organizations jointly launched a cervical cancer
screening program for rural and urban working women in Daming, Hebei Province
and Shanghai in 2022. The two sides had an in-depth discussion on deepening
cooperation. The two sides plan to focus on rural areas, using international,
green and digital technology to provide multi-level and diversified healthcare
aid to promote rural revitalization.
Du Jing, Director of Public Relations Department, Guo Silu, Deputy Director
of Public Relations Department, Fu Qianrui, Deputy Director of General Office,
Shi Yafan and Zhang Xiaotong, Program Managers of Public Relations Department,
participated in the meeting.
