"Care for Women's Health-Shanghai Migrant Women's Cervical Cancer Screening" was launched

On December 1, the "Care for Women's Health - Shanghai Migrant Women's Cervical Cancer Screening" jointly launched by the China Development Research Foundation and the Beijing United Family Medical Aid Foundation was launched in Shanghai.


With the support of the Shanghai Women's Federation and the Office of the Shanghai Municipal Working Committee on Women and Children, the event was jointly organized by the Shanghai Family Service Industry Association, Fengxian District Women's Federation and Hongkou District Women's Federation.



At the kick-off meeting, Fang Jin, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the CDRF, delivered an opening speech. According to the policy plan, by the end of 2025, the cervical cancer screening rate of women of appropriate age should reach more than 50%, and the breast cancer screening rate should increase year by year. It can be seen that national policies is taking stronger emphasis on women's health. ”


To achieve the expected goals as soon as possible, it is also very necessary for the government, enterprises and non-profit organizations to work together. Therefore, the CDRF has set up the "Family Development Fund", under which it has set up the "Care for Women's Health - Care for Women's Health Action", aiming to care for women's health and pay attention to family development. In August this year, the initiative partnered with United Family Healthcare to conduct free cervical cancer screening for 2,097 rural school-age women in Daming, Hebei Province.


Liu Wuping, Deputy Director and Second-level Inspector of the Office of the Shanghai Municipal Working Committee on Women and Children, Huang Zhiying, Director of the Development Liaison Department of the Shanghai Women's Federation, Li Bijing, founder of United Family Healthcare, Zhang Lili, President of the Shanghai Family Service Industry Association, Li Jin, co-founder of the "Care for Carnation Action", Lu Ying, President of the Jing'an District Women's Federation, and Zhao Xinyi, representative of the Fengxian District Women's Federation, jointly took the stage to launch this public welfare activity.
