"Study on Primary Recycling of Plastic materials and Products for Food Contact’s Policies" launched

On February 22th 2023, the China Development Research Foundation (CDRF) launched “Study on Primary Recycling of Plastic materials and Products for Food Contact’s Policies” and holds Kick-off meeting for the project. FANG Jin, Vice Chairman and Secretary General, CDRF, delivered the speech. China National Export Commodities Packaging Research Institute, China Packaging Research & Test Center (CPRTC), Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine, China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment, National Laboratory of Food Contact Materials Testing, China National Institute of Standardization, China Plastics Reuse and Recycling Association(CPRRA), China resource recycling association(CRRA), and other experts from research institutions and industry associations; Representatives of PepsiCo, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Nestle Group, Mars Foods, Wuzhou Guolong, Yuanqi Forest, Meituan Takeaway and other related enterprises attended the meeting, which was chaired by Cheng Huiqiang, Deputy Secretary General, CDRF.
