Lu, Burcroff visits Meitan County, Guizhou to research rural reform

From 15 to 16 January, Mr Lu Mai, Vice Chairman of the CDRF and Secretary General of the China Development Forum, led a research team to Meitan County in Guizhou Province. The research team investigated the rural reform pilot zone, poverty alleviation and rural revitalisation of the local areas.

Mr Richard Burcroff, a former expert on rural affairs at the World Bank, officials from the Development Research Center of the Guizhou Provincial Government and the Meitan County Government, and Mr Zhang Jin from the International Liaison Department participated in this field trip.
