On April 28, 2022, a seminar on "New Infrastructure and High-quality Development of Urban Agglomerations" was held in Beijing. Yu Jiantuo, Deputy Secretary General of China Development Research Foundation and Li Yan, Global Vice President of Qualcomm attended the meeting and delivered speeches, Li Fan, Director of Research Department 1 of China Development Research Foundation chaired the seminar.
