President Li Wei of the Development Research Center of the State Council inspected the Child Development Project in Songtao County of Guizhou Province

 Accompanied by Qin Rupei, member of the standing committee of CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee and executive vice governor of Guizhou Province, Chen Changxu, secretary of CPC Tongren Municipal Committee, and Ran Xiaodong, vice chairman of the Tongren Municipal Committee of CPPCC and secretary of the CPC Songtao County Committee, the delegation led by Li Wei, President of the Development Research Center of the State Council, inspected the progress in the Child Development Project in Songtao County, Guizhou Province on September 22, 2016. The delegation had lunch with students of Miao’ai Township Primary School, played games with children at the Kindergarten of Pishishan Village and, at their last stop, inspected Matai Village School which demonstrated how primary schools in Western China applied information technology to education. Secretary-General Lu Mai accompanied them during the inspection, and introduced the progress made in the CDRF’s School Nutrition Improvement Initiative, Village Kindergarten Program and the application of information technology in primary schools in Western China.
