Symposium on General Framework and Priorities of China’s Economic Reform Held
On March 26, 2013, the Symposium on General Framework and Priorities of China’s Economic Reform was organized by CDRF at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing. The Symposium was attended by authoritative international experts long concerned of China’s reform of economic system, and was addressed by Chinese delegates including Director Liu He of the Office of the Central Leading Group on Financial and Economic Affairs, Chairman Wang Mengkui and Vice Chairmen Chen Qingtai and Wang Luolin of CDRF, Board Chairman Li Jiange of China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC), Chairman Song Xiaowu of China Society of Economic Reform and Professor Lin Yifu from Peking University. Discussion was centered on the new situation and new objectives of the reform of economic structure, and constructive advices were provided on enhancing government governance, improving government functions, fostering balanced economic structure, boosting reform of state-owned enterprises, and promoting industrial innovation.
