Second Phase of Impact Evaluation for China’s National Nutrition Improvement Program for Rural Students in Compulsory Education
From March 30 to April 30, 2013, CDRF dispatches 10 research teams to 22 pilot counties in 18 provinces and conducts field surveys to facilitate the second phase of impact evaluation for China’s National Nutrition Improvement Program for Rural Students in Compulsory Education. Research teams verify the implementation and effect of the Program and acquire its social effect as well as parents’ degree of satisfaction, through workshops with local offices responsible for students’ nutrition, survey of sampled schools, interview and questionnaire of students and interview of parents.
CDRF will complete the evaluation report based on information acquired at various phases and research findings, so as to depict program implementation in an objective and honest way, and provide empirical reference and suggestions for program sustainability.
