CDRF Holds the First Session of the Third Board Meeting

On the morning of July 14, 2013, CDRF held the first session of the third board meeting at Conference Room 2, presided over by CDRF President Wang Mengkui, DRC President Li Wei and DRC Vice President Zhang Laiming. Mr. Wang Mengkui briefed the meeting on the election of the third Board of Directors, and Wang Mengkui was elected President, Li Kemu and Liu Shijin, Vice Presidents, and Lu Mai, Secretary General. In the meeting, the work report and financial report of the second Board of Directors presented by Mr. Lu Mai were examined and approved, and future development of CDRF and other important issues were studied and discussed.
