IDRC Chairman Visits CDRF

On November 28, 2013, Jean Lebel, recently-nominated director of Canadian International Development Research Center (IDRC), and Anindya Chatterjee, Regional Director of Asia, pay a visit to CDRF. DSG Fang Jin briefs the guests on CDRF’s achievements in exchanges, trainings and researches as well as its ongoing projects. DSG Fang also introduces the status quo, possible breakthroughs and future prospects for China’s new round of reform. Jean Lebel is impressed and compliments CDRF’s achievements. He points out that IDRC has attached great importance to its long-term and friendly cooperation with CDRF and hopes to expand cooperation between the two sides in other areas, such as urbanization, environmental protection, and child development.
