The Child Development Center of China Development Research Foundation awarded the "March eighth Red Flag" collective honor in 2021

On March 5, 2022, the All-China Women's Federation announced the list of 2021 National March eighth Red Flag Pacesetter, National March Eighth Red Flag Pacesetter and National March Eighth Red Flag Collective, and the China Development Research Foundation Children's Development Center was awarded the honorary title of 2021 National March eighth Red Flag Collective.

 

 

The commendation ceremony on March 8th. Lu Mai, former Vice Chairman of CDRF, said the foundation and child development center has always been to advance good governance and public policy to promote economic development and social progress. We put the public first, work in the field from the bottom up, and help children gain the chance of upward mobility in less developed areas thus promote the realization of social equity. Fang Jin, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of CDRF, pointed out that the honor is not only a recognition of the Center for Child Development, but also the result of the joint efforts of all the staff of CDRF.

 

At present, the Child Development Center has a total of 18 employees, including 17 female employees.

 

The cause is supported not only by the foundation's staff, but also by thousands of home visitors and preschool volunteers. They are working at the grassroots level to provide timely early development intervention and services for children and families in underdeveloped areas, and to develop human capital for rural revitalization. Many children have a brighter tomorrow because of their efforts. At the same time, these baby counselors and preschool teachers are constantly pursuing progress and self-growth.

 

The honor of the "March eighth Red Flag Collective" is a recognition of the work of the children's development Center, as well as the affirmation of every home visitor and preschool teacher who has contributed to the children's education in rural areas. On International Women's Day, we pay tribute to all the baby counsellors and volunteer teachers who support the cause of child development and rural revitalization in underdeveloped areas. This honor also belongs to you.
