On the afternoon of October 11, 2022, CDRF and John Swire & Sons (China) Limited held a donation ceremony in Beijing for an early parenting project for 0-3year old in Bijie Pilot Zone "Rural Children Development Comprehensive Demonstration Zone" in Beijing. Fang Jin, Vice Chairmen and Secretary General of CDRF, Du Zhixin, Deputy Director of Child Development Research Institute, Zhang Zhuoping, Chairman of John Swire & Sons (China) Limited, and Titus Diu, director of John Swire & Sons (China) Limited , attended the ceremony.

Swire's donation of RMB 2 million will be used mainly for the "China REACH" project in Linkou Town, Qixingguan District, Bijie City, to explore intervention combining home visits and early childhood education centers, and to conduct monitoring and evaluation of intervention effects. The project aims to deepen the development of the Bijie pilot area as a comprehensive demonstration area for rural child development, and promote rural revitalization.
