Evan Due
Evan Due is a policy research and management consultant. He is a senior advisor to the China Development Research Foundation in Beijing China, and a senior fellow at the Institute of Asian Research, University of British Columbia, Canada. He has more than 25 years experience in international relations and development, policy analysis, and program management. He has held positions in the Government of Canada with the Canadian International Development Agency (now Global Affairs Canada) and the International Development Research Centre, and consultancy positions with the United Nations, the Norwegian Agency for International Cooperation, and the Government of Sri Lanka. He represented Canada at OECD Development Assistance Committee, and in various multilateral forums. His professional interests are in public policy, political economy, international trade and economic governance. He obtained his doctorate from the University of Sussex, U.K.
